Travel Planning

Travel Planning (Itinerary Creation):

$300 - $1000+ per trip. This would cover initial consultation, research, and a basic itinerary draft with revisions.
Detailed Itinerary Planning & Management: $500 - $2500+ per trip. This includes everything in basic planning, plus booking accommodations, transportation (flights, trains, private transfers), tours, activities, restaurant reservations, and pre-trip support.

Packing and Unpacking

Packing/Unpacking Services: $100 - $300+ per session (depending on the size of the luggage and the level of organization). This is a personalized service with extensive time and care involved.

On-Trip Support

Hourly Rate for Travel Assistance: $100 - $250+ per hour for ad-hoc requests, changes, or on-trip support beyond the initial plan.

On-Trip Support and Troubleshooting: Providing 24/7 assistance for any issues that may arise during your travels.

Restaurant, Entertainment, Spa and Wellness Reservations

Obtaining reservations at restaurants, securing tickets for shows, concerts, and sporting events.

Luggage Shipping

Arranging for the secure and convenient shipping of luggage to your destination.

Pet Travel

Coordinating the safe and comfortable travel of your beloved pets. Pet travel expenses in the US can vary based on the mode of travel (airline, pet shipper, or personal vehicle), the pet's size and, the travel destination. We'll find the most comfortable option for your beloved pet.

Service With Convenience

Our primary service areas for in-person support and select travel-related services includes, but is not limited to a 30-mile radius from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), [Downtown Atlanta, Midtown, Buckhead, Sandy Springs (southern portions), College Park, East Point, Hapeville, Union City, Fairburn (eastern portions)]. This allows us to provide prompt and efficient assistance to clients within the immediate Atlanta metropolitan region. If you are unsure if your location falls within this area, please contact us.

Beyond our primary 30-mile radius, we extend our services with a travel fee to accommodate clients within a wider area. Our travel fee policy is a flat rate of $25 for each additional 50 miles beyond the initial 30-mile boundary from ATL International Airport.
