House Sitting

A trusted professional to stay while you're away or Regular check-ins to monitor the residence. Initial fee is a deposit. Full payment due within 48 hours of service initiation. $80/day (Up to 8 hours a day) and $100/ for overnight stay or hours (after 7pm) . House Sitting can include watering plants, pet care for up to 2 pets, basic housekeeping, handling mail & deliveries. More than 2 pets; $125 per pet, per day. Rates vary based on factors such as - duration of stay - number and type of pets - location - complexity of tasks. Additional costs may be necessary to cover feeding, grooming, and pet care.
